My community refers to me as "Coach Lisa." My services focus on promoting health and wellness through a unique approach connecting local agriculture with evidence-based health coaching. My mission is to help individuals and communities transform their lives by integrating "Lifestyle As Medicine" and "Food As Medicine" principles into their lives. 

As a certified health coach and cancer exercise specialist, I offer personalized evidence-based approaches and programs that tailor "Lifestyle As Medicine" and "Food As Medicine" to your life and relationships. Whether you're looking to manage your weight, support cancer recovery, or make sustainable lifestyle changes, my goal is to create a program that empowers you to achieve your health and well-being objectives.

With a Master's in Education and professional certifications in community health and chronic disease prevention, smoking and vaping cessation, medicinal plants, and health behavior change, I bring a strong foundation in public health and program delivery to my coaching and consulting practices. I delight in helping audiences, families, and individuals understand complex health concepts and turn them into actionable strategies. 

My ultimate goal is to help you become the "credential of your own well-being" while building sustainable, relationship-driven pathways to health.
